One of the first arcades I enjoyed as a kid, you only needed one or two coins to have a the best fight of your life. My favorite character was Haggar and this is my tribute to one of the greatest arcade of all times.
Back when I was learning how to draw, there weren't any tutorials online, and most of them where paid (and almost impossible to afford).
